Notes About Our Detailing Services
If it's not brought to our attention that there are bodily fluids (urine, vomit, feces) present in the vehicle before we undertake our detailing services, additional charges will be applied on top of the detailing services.
After steam cleaning it's recommended to vent the vehicle (roll down windows, remove mats and open trunk and/or flip back seat) until floors and seats are dry (typically 12-24 hrs.).
If your vehicle has Bed Bugs, steam-cleaning will not resolve the problem. You must contact a Pest Control service and have your vehicle fumigated.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to notify Dixon's prior to the start of any service if there are any requirements to observe on the vehicle so that our services can be properly completed e.g. vehicle is in good working condition, no deodorizer, no vinyl dressing, no rim cleaner on rims, any shampoo limitations and animal hair removal, etc.
To be fair to all of our customers during peak periods (spring-fall), a courtesy call will be placed the day before your appointment as a reminder. If you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule you.
